NEW SEMINAR
Wednesday May
14, 10am - 4pm
How to photograph a
wedding
(Anderson, IN) only $149 per
person
Joe has developed
a new seminar designed to teach photographers how to photograph
a wedding. This seminar would be good for beginners as
well as those who have been shooting for quite some time but
definitely for studios seeking to educate their employees.
Many seminars come to town by big name photographers who do very
good work but do nothing but show slideshows of their work in
perfectly lit California weather. Joe believes a seminar
targeted for the concerns of the midwest photographer have never
been met and seeks to change that. Joe Brewster also
believes that Photoshop should only be used to enhance an image,
not to save it so Photoshop will not be a discussion at this
seminar.
Topics covered
will include but not limited to:
- Exposure
- Lenses
- Flash
Techniques
- How to use
Strobes
- Composition
- Developing a
"style"
- Things to look
for
- Portrait

- Alter Shots
(Formals)
- Framing for
groups
- Rules & When
to break them
- Understanding
light
- What to do
when the lighting is bad
This will be a
workshop and lecture with a workbook. All participants
should bring their own cameras and memory cards. Bride and
Groom models will be provided for everyone to be able to
photograph. Locations to include a local park and a
church.
